The Return of Love

The Return of Love Where once we'd meet I sit and wait The moon above it's getting late All speckles glimmering in the sky While the voices of the ages cry Our journey through life has led me here And somehow I feel that you are near With faith for you I've walked alone For sins that I had not atoned At last fate shows us to the day I prayed for when you passed away The solemn solitude within Escapes from deep beneath my skin With eagerness I just relax No longer bound by liens or tax When I feel nature's final kiss In a flash I dream and reminisce Leaving hope to friends and family I join you in eternity By: Jeremy Siedlecki
