The Quickening of the Heart

The Quickening of the Heart Eyes open wide, but inside I’m still searching; Gotta find a wife before the end of the road. Driven all my life on these feet I’m still using; Following the light that I keep in my soul. When all is said and done I want you to paint my picture. The story of a son, with champagne in his hand. Lived my life way too long always being a loser; I think it’s time I find my true loves master plan. People speak in words; I want to be telepathic. Understand their minds with just a single glance. I want to know her and taste her magic. I think it’s time for us to take our first dance. (C)2020 Aa Harvey. All Rights Reserved.
