The Princess
You came to me like a star in the night
You shone like a diamond so bright
I will not let you go
Even if my heart will go to and fro
Even the languages of this earth
Cannot define your elegance
Like an angel's breath
Your noise brings release and slays the dread
I, the king
Will slay the dragons that bring
Tears, anger, sorrow and grief
My heart, my fist your armor and relief
My princess, my child
I, the king will be forever on guard
All those whose spirits are wild
Will taste your father's sword, dagger and barb
Comets will fall
The Earth will crumble, still you will stand tall
For I, your king see
That you will become anything you want to be
Ah. Alas the Princess will rise and never will she fall
