The Power of Love

She enters the room, purely floating on air I gasp at her beauty, the long flowing hair An aura surrounds her, of heavenly hue I instantly worship my lady in blue Passing by slowly, her eyes lock with mine Submitting completely, I’m frozen in time I fall at her feet, kiss the hem of her gown In awe of her presence, I stay kneeling down Did she read in my eyes, how I’m longing to serve I’d wrap round her legs, but I haven’t the nerve She glides smoothly past, unaware of my goals Domination complete, she now owns my soul Who are you my Queen, and where do you go? I see her now joined by a handsome young beau Oh, the pain in my heart, how I prayed she was free The extent of my love, now she’ll never see I’d envisioned my love on a throne of pure gold Kneeling down at her feet I’d await to be told Told where to kiss her, her body to please Told when to stand, when to stay on my knees The wonder of love is never the same Sometimes it’s joy and, sometimes it’s pain Dominating our love would bring her the pleasure And all of the pain is what I would treasure Just when I believed it was all just a dream She’s walking toward me atop a moonbeam “Don’t speak to me now” she says on the way “If you do I’ll believe everything that you say” Her soul entered mine, left the chains of this world The strength of a Queen, the heart of a girl Domination and power are all very real But, the one with true power is the one who can kneel
