The Pool

The Pool in the forest, Life-giver. The animals gather some to drink and some to chat. Predators come some will die so that they themselves may live. The balance is preserved. Then Man comes. The ultimate predator. Drains the pool. It’s in his way. Balance lost. The lonely tarn, in the Mountain. Water crystal clear. Under threat. Man’s envious eyes. A chance for profit. Wherever I look Life-giver under threat. Man cannot drain the seas but corrupts them. With his filth
