The Pinnacle of Pride

I don't understand you, so...that means you don't exist. You create spectacular works of art impossible to resist. Your thoughts and actions are written down, in indelible ink. Ignorance and ingratitude doesn't move me to ponder, to think. It's much harder to say, I'm confused by you, I just don't understand, What is the purpose for my existence, where do I fit into your plan? A humble person will admit they need help, that they might be wrong, Misguided or misled, they still feel the need to be loved and to belong. When one doesn't understand abstract art, because there's no nature scene, Rejecting Twelfth Night, because they don't know what Shakespeare means. Saying Picasso doesn't exist, because one doesn't know his brilliant mind, Isn't saying there's no Creator the same, presumptuous, the pinnacle of pride? John Derek Hamilton November 20,2015

Hi, I think that is why so many people become atheist because they don't know the real loving Jesus that is in the Bible. For instance, I used to believe He must have a cruel streak to torture people forever in hell but now I know that after the 1000 year reign with Him in Heaven, he will resurrect the wicked who are still on earth and they will go into the lake of fire and not exist anymore! They just wont exist but be totally gone; in other words not burning forever like a lot of people think!

Sorry Cheryl missed this comment. Thanks for your observations For Hell fire to be true, one would need to be conscious after death see Eccl9:5,10 also Ezek18:4 soul can die. Instead of discounting belief in God, because they don't understand, people need to keep seeking for understanding of His will and purpose. Thanks for your visit and comment!
