The Perserverance For Peace

Written on the: (Biblical Calendar) 21st Day of the 10th Month, 5776 (Gregorian Calendar) 31st of December, 2015 Sometimes I wonder, When will this war of Armageddon end? How many lives has this war taken? And souls growing weary through spiritual battles Hard to comprehend. Another year has passed, Another chapter inscribed In the book of our lives. Not a day goes by Where death, famine and pestilence Conquers the world, as the human race slowly dies. When shall there ever be peace in the world, Where nations drop their weapons and forsake their greed, To surrender in trustworthiness and love. How long shall the curse destroy us? And shed one anther's blood. Cursed is the ground for our sake; Past, present future - We live hopeless days without love.

Many of us live in the belief that we are all, in so many different ways, working for the common good. Let us all hope that one day we can truly unite under one just cause, one peace...One all encompassing means to an end. Amen! Nicely composed, Iyov...Nicely composed! My very best wishes for your forth coming New Year! My regards! :) john
