The Park Bench
There He sits with you listening to every word you say
His love forever true for God never changes His Way
And as He looks into your eyes He sees all those pains
Seeing your heart as it cries as there Our Lord remains
He addresses you by Name there in holding your hand
He doesn't see any shame but this you can't understand
He knows each feeling for Jesus too has felt it all before
He offers you healing and so many other things in store
As you begin to break down, putting His Arms around you
He cloaks you in a white gown and makes you brand new
And all of those flaws in you, those memories of the past
All of it He withdrew for it's in His Light that you were cast
With His sun shinning above He begins walking by your side
Knowing His great love, those bad memories have since died
But He still doesn't go but instead staying right by your side
He wants all His Children to grow as in Him we learn to abide
Mark 10:15
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the
kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
Luke 18:17
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive
the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein
