The Other One I wonder where my love has gone He’s been gone for many days He is probably with the other one The one who took my place There is no way I can fight for him He desires her more than me I don’t have the power to make him Understand what it is I see He comes around once in a while And spends some time with me But when he’s gone I try to smile As the tears roll down my cheeks I used to believe in the power of love Thought it could conquer any thing Now I see the truth of it all And the pain that it can bring I will never love this way again Or lay my heart on the line The love I feel is all in vain He will never again be mine
