In order to win our battle with the devil, we need to know his tactics.
The Only Serpent
The serpent one day asked Eve, "Has God said"
and she being foolish replied,
what she did not know is he is the master of twisting God's Word
and all he can do is lie.
So when he comes to you child of God
don't mince any words with him,
use the Word of God and put him under your foot
so that he can't fool you into a sin.
You've heard it said, it's a trick of the devil
and he's got nothing better to do,
than to devise soul killing plans for God's children
and he's always got a good one for you.
But we are to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves
this referring to God's people and how we should be,
but when it comes to the work of the devil
we should stomp on him until we are in eternity.
Remember Jesus to, was tempted of him
but never under him did He fall,
and when He rose from the dead just like He said,
He whipped him once and for all.
