On a cold, dark night I saw you walking alone, you could not see me but I was there watching, waiting, and taking my time. You pulled out your keys, I was close by and could hear the noise, I could have touched you, but I waited and watched. You must have sensed something, you hurried to get inside and be safe. I could have taken you right then, but I will have more chances, the nights are always here, and I live for each one of them. You may never see me or you might, that will be my choice, I know you now, I know where you go, I know your habits. I must feed my hunger, and you are just one of many, you will know me soon.
