The Myth
Don't you know we all have it hard
What would life be if we didn't have to work?
Pleasure is to be worked for
Not in the form of a pill or a shot.
Can we trade lives til you learn?
Walk in my shoes til you see there is no
Greener grass anywhere
Different struggles for everybody
But suffering here or there always.
Running won't do you any good
The demons will find you no matter where you hide.
Can we trade my hell for yours
Til you learn to appreciate your life?
So you can see that giving up
Is really not an option.
