The Moment of Triumph

Look at me in my grey fab coat, Stunned and cool in this year of the goat. Listen to my royal footsteps, King is coming with heavy waltz steps. Look at me wearing a white fake smile. Mincing nervously in a white cold tile. Eyes on me walking under chandeliers, Hear people’s whisper with gullible leers. Ask me to stand and walk on the stage. This young and handsome who’s 23 in age. Slow claps are loud but I can’t hear any… Feels like you’re a victor in a prestigious Grammy. Call my name and she put this white sash, Star for this night with this grace of a lash. Flashes of cams made me so blind… This moment of triumph can never be bind.
