The Mighty Maker

He created food but He does not eat. He created water yet He is never thirsty. He made fire but He needs not heat. He created time but He reigns in eternity. He created women but He does not marry, He has no wife but He owns all children. He created the future... He does not worry. He needs no labour yet He made all men. He has been created before life begun, He created death but He will never die. He lives in light, He needs not the Sun, He created tears but He will never cry. He created the eyes yet He never sleeps, He has not tongue yet He clearly speaks. His wisdom spans beyond the deeps... His Kingdom spans beyong the peaks... He made something out of nothing, He made darkness and lives in light. He made both bright and bleaking things. He is the maker of daylight and twilight.
