The Media

Every headline read's Muslim this, Islamic that. Every chance they get to jump on our faith. We feel scared, betrayed and picked on. Every newsline read's oppression....... Islamic dress.......... Do they really beleive our men force this beautiful garment upon us. I choose to. I'm scared to walk down the street. Fear of being attacked. I am British born. My mother is white. Yet I am judged because I am a muslim. There are so many negative views on muslims. You never hear of the good we do. so next time you see someone like me, think twice.
