The Martyr

I shall not weep for fallen angels I shall weep when there are no more my thirst cannot be quenched from empty wells I shall not weep for fallen angels their deeds will leave this story to tell ships to heaven can’t run ashore I shall not weep for fallen angels I shall weep when there are no more

A fine triolet Ricky, and I love the line "...ships to heaven can't run ashore..." A very sad time when there are no more, and deserving of our tears. Linda

Thanks Linda. The triolet is a great tool for poets. Be safe, be blessed.
