The Love Crest Rises

When your heart pours forth in vulnerable vacillation When the feeling in your voice brings fervor to fluctuation… I am all ears to every word, like a prisoner inspired before becoming a saint, Like the vision glossed in the artist’s eye just before he lays his brush to paint I am your morning darkness lingering upon the open eye, Sipping your emotions in the potent oceans of your sigh Suddenly mess has meaning as your heart rewards your mind With the vast impasses of your praise, bliss I ever find How can I sleep this night when I adore you so? Not enough this love have I let you know That in so loving, there is worthiness of living And in our glorious receiving, our hands together sculpt body of believing

I brightened when I saw the title. You know what, Laura, I must admit that after reading your write, my eyes immediately strayed to your and Justin's exchange and I'm happy and sad at the same time! haha! Happy because he has already expressed my thoughts and more!..Plus the fav line which grabbed my attention! Ah I positively feel inadequate! Do I even make sense? haha! I'll just get another for my own then..."And in our glorious receiving, our hands together sculpt body of believing". hugs!

You are far from inadequate in every way. Sorry this is so long but, your words mean the world to me (either from your resilient poetry or from your thoughtful comments), and I'm so glad we can share work with one another. Anyway I know how you feel, and no matter what I write, I can’t honestly change exactly what you felt for the best. Just know you are a special poet to me, and I can’t say it enough how much it means to me that you are so honest and so different—and more importantly, that you care. Thank you! Love you lots! Again, sorry this is so long and if I’m off course… geez… I’m nuts…heehee ~Laura

You make sense, Kim, though you should never feel inadequate, dearest!!! I know that feeling all too well, when someone makes a really deep and clever comment, and I feel like there is nothing really left to say that has already been expressed by others. It’s a happy feeling sometimes, but other times not so much. Your integrity and kindness is very important to me, and I cherish your comments always. You have a good eye, and a sharp mind, catching a vital mistake in my line in the LODC series, which was touching for me, because you took the time to evaluate my work accordingly. For real, who does that other then dearest Kim?

It appears to me as though you are creating a mountain of mixed images. That you love the vacillation is impressive to me. It means having an open mind and appreciation for that which is often overlooked. You are just too much for me. I am on total overload reading this. It's something that computes but it doesn't. This just makes my brain quite agitated for the analysis of words is pleasantly puzzling. So, keep it up please and continue to do what you do.
