The Logic of a Fool
Blame your mistakes on anything you can
Mask the fact your just the appetamy of a man
Never willing to turn around
Never wanting to hear a sound
Even though you’re well aware
This is going nowhere
The way out is just too far
Because of the foolishness of who you are
You’re on the top of the world
The Top of the World
No one’s going to get you down
Because you’re the one with this royal crown
But deep inside the fool still lies
Soon you’ll be the last one who cries
Looking in the eyes of perfection
Is forcing you to doubt this perception
Trying to shut your eyes and throw the key
Doing anything you can to run and flee
So just
Shut
Shut your eyes
Just Run
Run away
It must be better than giving in
Just Lie
Lie to yourself
Blame it on anyone
On Anyone
Blame it on anyone else
Lie to yourself
Lie to yourself
You’re not fooling anyone anymore
So go ahead and LIE
Blame your mistakes on anything you can
Mask the fact you’re just the appetamy of a man
Never willing to turn around
Never wanting to hear a sound
Even though you’re well aware
This is going nowhere
The way out is just too far
Because of the foolishness of who you are
So just
Shut
Shut your eyes
Just Run
Run away
It must be better than giving in
Just Lie
Lie to yourself
Blame it on anyone
On Anyone
Blame it on anyone else
Lie to yourself
Lie to yourself
You’re not fooling anyone anymore
So go ahead and LIE
