The Life Christ Gave Me

The Life Christ Gave Me… There’s many things in life I tried to justify. But nothing I’ve tried has really satisfied. There’s been things I thought were fun to do. But in the end, it was I who felt like a fool. My “friends” promised me a dream fulfilled. I was promised a new excitement and thrill. The thrills were just a moment and were soon gone. I then realized I was in a place where I didn’t belong. I often wondered how could I get in such a mess? Life was beginning to get me down and cause stress. As I felt the enemies of life keep on “attacking.” I knew there was something that I was lacking. On the outside, everything looked “pretty good.” But others didn’t know me, and misunderstood! As discouraged seemed to be all around me… There was a voice from heaven that “found me!” This voice was from someone who I knew loved me. He told me he was Jesus and he could help me! I looked up with tears rolling down my face. I asked Christ to come in and fill me with grace! He reached down and brought a peace within! I asked him to forgive me and take away my sin! He restored my life! And what the enemy took away! I began to read his word and study it each day! The life I have now, compared to where I was going… Is filled with a satisfying love, that’s growing! It’s all because of Jesus! How much I love him! I invite you to give him your life and TRUST him!
