The Lies Once Told
You didnt want me
Yet your hands traveled upon me
Like the headlights dancing on the highway
You didnt love me
Yet your lips spoke of three words
Over and over again
You didnt need me
Yet you made me believe that
You couldnt live without me
You didnt care for me
Though you used gentleness
Against me
