The Land of Not Free To Be Me
I live in the land of not free to be me.
I wear a mask the hides
All my fears and insecurities.
I sink back into a life of unindividuality.
I have freedom of speech,
But I can't express what I believe.
I have the freedom to write what I feel,
But no one sees it unless it's "real."
I'm free to be me,
As long as it's what everyone wants to see.
I sink back into a life of unindividuality.
