The Lady In Green

She sits alone at the table in the empty cafe with her head slightly drooping as the dark steals the day. Across a vacant chair waits more empty than she in this dull little place as she sips her coffee. Dusty dim lights reveal a graying bare floor while the wind whistles through cracks under the door. The rain runs down the window in search of small streams while her coffee grows tepid and she gives up er dreams.
