The Infatuation 5
There really are many fish in the sea,
However, so few of these fish look good
Enough to get the attention she would,
In the one way that could inspire me.
Now that I showed her respect, I am free,
Finally, to flirt, as much as one could,
Avoiding the issue of if I should,
Trusting my instincts to let by gones be.
Understanding that this girl has a man,
As infatuated as this poet,
Temptations must be controlled, if they can.
I sincerely do not want to blow it,
Or come across as an aggressive fan,
Not knowing respect or how to show it.
