The Heart
The heart can hide lifes changing pain,
how it does this, is really hard to explain.
A child mislead, or a lover gone bad,
only a few of the challenges it has had.
It will pick itself up, and continue on,
even making you believe, you have a happy home.
This magical part of the human anatomy,
can do it all, if you just believe.
Even if it is broken, it repairs within,
the heart will forgive,and begin to mend.
Nothing quite like it, nothing anywhere,
a masterpiece of compassion, and care.
