The Grey Area

When in between the black and white, It's hard to know what's wrong from right. And though they say to trust your heart, Compassion's eye might skip this part. The things in grey can sometimes be, The truth you need and hard to see. So answers sought that lie between, With open mind can then be seen. Written by, Sheri Lynne Evans March 11, 2008

Nicely penned, Sheri. As an accountant and a very conservative person, by nature I only see black and white. I always have to remind myself to look to the grey areas. Stay safe. Hugs, John

I'm sorry I haven't replied to your encouraging comments until now. I spent last week with my mother in the hospital hospice day and night. I lost her this past monday April 6th to Parkinsons. I am lost as she spent the last 6 years under my care and I quit my job last year to care full time for her. I'm lost in the house without her but ty for your encouragement as always. Stay safe.

Sage advice!...And the second and third stanzas are so eloquent and hard-hitting simultaneously --- not easy to do. Superb penning, Sheri! Cheers, Gershon
