The Great Wall

In all honesty. I guess I never did really know you. I knew the basics: Your favorite colors, Your favorite rapper, Your height, Your fears, And even some secrets But what I didn’t know was How your face looked after waking up in the morning Or Your reaction to awkward sex scenes in movies Or even The way you walk down the halls in school I’ll never know this I’ll never know what you think about late at night When the world is asleep and Its only you and your mind I’ll never know what makes you cry, Or what makes you laugh. I never got to know you. You never let me in. ANH
