The Grace of Her Beauty

I remember the most important and best day of my life, when you accepted my vows and became my wife. I remember the times leading to that date. When we fell into our love and the whole world was great. I remember not having much but each other and how that was enough. Building a life and home together and being proud of our love. I remember the dreams we had together back then. Some achieved, some we'll never, some remain, some expend. I remember your smile and the glint in your eyes, in my fears and my sorrows I keep those memories alive. I remember the first time that I saw your face. Life changed in that moment of love's beautiful and magical embrace. I remember the first time I beheld the grace of your beauty, the warmth of your touch. I remember knowing back then that nothing in the whole of my life would ever mean as much. I remember the times we cried, and the times we laughed. I remember facing hard times together and rejoicing when hard times passed. I remember our first holiday, the fun by the sea. I remember how I loved you and how you loved me. I remember the depth of the blue in your eyes, how for you I would dare beyond the limits of where I could go. I remember a whole world opened up to me in the palm of your hand, your smile and your eyes, your kiss and your touch. I remember that I love you every single day. I will love you with my all forever, no matter what life throws our way.
