When love is fueled by passion
that was once a tiny spark,
heartstrings will come unfastened
flames will punctuate the dark.
Memories looking back in time
paint images so true.
Soon our dreams will turn tomorrow
into days that we’ve passed through…
A devotion worth professing
and for certain not by chance,
this union is a blessing of
an ageless, timeless romance.
Your search between the shadows
saw the man that I became.
Your beauty took my breath away
by the flicker of the flame…
