The Final Mile

The Final Mile December 7, 2013 Madiba can I walk with you On your final mile of life As you grace the ground With a peaceful sound You walk the road of peace You embraced the others You made it happen on your way You brightened up their day The people you touched The young and the old Your words of peace Discrimination must cease You carried your load To the end of the road Goodbye my friend We've reached the end Madiba can I walk with you on On your final mile of life Gerrard McGeachy
