Author's Notes: "The Final Dance," is a Rhyme Royal I wrote and set in Iambic Pentameter. This write touches on the oft-discussed topic of "Death." I pursued a theme of expected reality that all of us face eventually in our respective lives when it's time for us to shed our "moral coil," and to move on to the ethereal world of soul transformation, light, angels, and God Himself. My point with this specialty poem was to poetically highlight the shared common destiny that all of us will eventually face during our finite life existence on Earth. Something to think about!!
