The Final Act

Autumn leaves are shades of brown Season change to winter Winter fills the air with a chill Outside no life is present Just like the earth goes through a change So does the lives of people With time we age and wither away For new life to start its process Amazing how the ways of life Is the same for every being No matter what the form or shape Each for will change in stages It’s like a play performed in acts Awaiting the final curtain The end provides a closing To the plot each one is searching Before the final curtain falls And my act on earth is over I hope my life has been summed up Before the end is over Once around enough for me No time to create a sequel For when the curtain finally drops Please place the props in storage
