the fall
when the daydream lives inside
imaginations desires
and when desire and reality
are not one
but two
dreams burn inside
the truth
eyes awaken to see a new sunrise
the truth is shown inside
this new light
the light shining
upon
the awaking reality
[that what we want
sometimes what’s not meant to be]
staring into the mirror of dreams
desire stares back
but when the dream is shattered
and the realisation cuts into truth
Deep
tearing into a heart beating true
