The End of Time
The End of Time
I have made you promises
That I intend to honor and keep
I promise you most of all
With me you will never weep.
You gave your heart to me
And somehow I gave you mine
So this is one more promise,
I shall love you till the end of time
I cannot describe with words
The depth of emotion I feel
I think it cannot be measured
But my heart attests that it’s real
There is one thing I would ask of you
Please keep me close to your heart
There is no possible way I would survive
If anything should tear us apart
Keep me In your heart
As I will keep you in mine
The love we have will surely last
Clear to the end of time.
