The End of My Life

Topaz eyes so hard and cold, that is the last memory that I hold. You left me standing in the woods, and said it was for my very own good. You insisted, that it would be as if you never existed. You said I was only human and I would move on, but how can I move on if you were gone. My heart is broken beyond repair, and it was as if you didn't care. You told me it would be a clean break, but life without you I just can't take. I can't love mike or even Jake, because I’ll know the love is all fake. My heart is the thing I gave you so freely, but the day you left I asked myself "does he love me really". I jump from a cliff to hear your voice, saying, I’m making such a stupid choice. But what can I do if life without you is incomplete, you are the only one who can make me heal, So if you come back I’ll make you a deal, You'll have to promise me you'll leave me never, an take me in your arms and say that you’ll love me forever. You are my angel sent from above, And I am just your clumsy love.
