The Easter Bunny by M. Griswold 04122020 The Easter Bunny comes only but once a year. Just like Santa Clause he brings us holiday cheer. But rather than gifts wrapped in ribbon and bow. This bunny hops around hiding eggs to and fro. The Easter Bunny works real hard day and night. Painting all his eggs till they're colored just right. Then the night before Easter he takes them all and loads them into his straw basket big and tall. Nobody ever sees him because he comes in the night. Then hides all those eggs here and there out of sight. He's fast and clever finishing before anyone knows. Then, fluffy tail and all he vanishes, poof, then goes. Waking up on Easter morning is fun for us all to see. Now we get to search for what he's left you and me. Running here, looking there we're just hoping to find. Those colorful gifts that the Easter Bunny's left behind.
