My good friend, the write and the design are both excellent! Nothing can entomb your loving heart unless you allow it. The poetic message stirs the reader's heart and births hope to be recognized as a constant miracle ever present for mankind to simply grab onto. Love this write and huge congrats on a fine win!!!

I have noticed my readership has dropped off quite a bit. When I enter a contest and place, I try to read and comment on all the entrants and only a handful of the entrants will visit or comment. I do not feel the quality of my writing has dropped off but certainly my popularity has. Most of my motivation comes from within but I do miss the recognition.

I am relatively new but miss friends I made and the site isn't what it was. I commented on 50 poems the other day got 7 comments back. I suggested to support they mail people how to ask how the site can be improved AND get more people commenting but my plea has fallen on deaf ears so I wont be renewing my 2 PM's. Some poems get an disproportionate number of reads again they ignored what I said about that but it does make a mockery of the site I'm afraid and put people off as they cannot achieve such a high number of reads. Richard...things have changed. There are new "kids" on the block as it were. So many of our friends have gone...Friendships like that are hard to find. My heart aches for those who left. I tried to write to Becca but I don't have her contact details...So many of our friends are not here. As for your writing? Your inspiration has changed...perhaps? You write less...I don't know...things have changed.

I don't expect this is the venue to achieve that headway. This is a place to sharpen your poetic teeth and learn more about your craft. The audience you need to reach are those who do not write poetry but appreciate the written word.

Oh....Richard....I'm tired of third place wins...I keep thinking I'll just skip these contests. Then I get tempted. I actually had written...NOT FOR CONTEST....on this one, but decide..what the heck! I'll give a go. I'm not expecting much...Better that way. It just bugs me...Poetry is my life and...I don't seem to be making any headway with it. :(
