The Day I Learned You Were Gone
You walked out these doors
all regrets forgotten
and smiled gleefully at him
You walked out these doors
brushed her away
and smiled gleefully at her
Congratulations.
You learned love.
You learned heartbreak.
You learned fake people exist.
You learned that this world was no longer kind.
You walked out these doors
And forgot about this world
but yet, you smiled gleefully at him
