The Darkness At Noon
Isaiah 16 Isreals Flight
At the rivers ford wait thou for me
Make thy shadow as the night in the midst
of the noon day.
For a cloud hath covered the whole of the land
No arms against this spoiler shall stand.
Hasten thy path of exile to Moab's door
for thou art an outcast once more
The route of escape shall to thee be made known
Moab shall hide thee as one of her own
To the Valley of the crescent moon shalt
thou flee
Under the shadow of the eagle's wings, sanctuary
shall be given unto thee
In the cleft of the rock shalt thou in safety hide
Until times and dividing of times be fulfilled.
Thou shalt be comforted along the way for
sealed thou art against that great day.
