"the Cure" (For Health Care) Part 2
Free Verse Rhyme
Those that make more, by a percent should pay more,
For health care, not grinding the face, of the poor, so sore
It is by a flat rate, that the rich legislate, the dictate, of the poor's fate
It is so lame, to pay the same, playing the wealthy's game,
While the wealthy rise to fame, the poor are forced to play the game, so lame
Losing steadily, all the while, forced under rich rule, to be wealthy's fool
Love's higher logic, God's fair project, not figured into, vile project, of wealthy logic
When increase is by percent, paying fair share, must be by percent
Wickedness is far spent, Love's logic to the poor, as been sent
Be wise as the serpent, harmless as the Dove, rise up......understand love!
Must I spell it out, health care my dear, must by percent, be based on wealth
For the poor have nothing left, but themselves, they have no earthly wealth!!
