Ha! Supuh dupah Poopah funny Senryu!....Make sure there are only 239 beans in each bowel. Otherwise the chili will be 240...Get it? TOO FARTY!? It's a southern joke to be said with a southern twang!:)

Sara, the potato pancakes really are delicious, but I can't eat them if they are made from leftover mashed potatoes. This is one of only a few potato dishes I like. I'd be happy to share the recipe. If you make them without flour, they're not as solid, but taste just as good! Love, Carolyn
