The Blessings of Prayer

Like a gazelle springing from left to right Your prayers come winging through perilous night Making swift haste to my ill beating heart. I was amazed at how many took part, So deeply moved, there are tears in my eyes. Dark thunderous clouds have moved to clear skies. Thank you Paulette. I saw my cardiologist yesterday and found out my pacemaker caused my secondary heart problem. I am working with my doctor to find a solution. Blessings xxoo

Thank you very much Jennifer. My husband has been on my mind so much and last night I dreamt that he was still alive and I was crying and hugging him I was so happy that he didn’t die. To me, the power lies in the way you wrote this in the moment; not days or week after these emotions rose to the surface, but right then and there. I wrote this at three in the morning when I was trying to think of a way to sincerely thank everyone. This poem came to me. I truly could feel the power of everyone’s prayers when in the hospital.
