The Beach
Waves caress skin
Water clear under
Sky of blue
Golden rays shine
A fluid prism
Rippling liquid light
Sand warms toes
Footprints and sandcastles
Soon washed away
Crashing waves rush
Swell and recede
Ocean’s eternal song
