The Ashes Hold the Heat

Two lovebirds met once colliding into each other one joyful wedding day where fun were secret gazes. Two lovebirds met once, adorning the feet of two to become part of a love story, going through thick and thin. Two lovebirds met once, were torn apart in a sad moment when two loving hearts split apart, to be packed ruthlessly in boxes. Two lovebirds met once, to find each new home, new feet and lived apart until old and worn, reminiscing their good lovers' days. Two lovebirds met once, were thus deceived To think one is united to another in life and death!

Thanks dear friend for being the first reader. Your comment and time given to this is much valuable. I was toying between the idea to call it a free verse or narrative but then chose the latter as it counts a story behind the two wedding shoes. :)) Sunita
