The Actress

I am an actress in all that I do, Each part I have perfect, All is without flaw, I play every part, The star, The outcast, The friend, The lover, Only I see all the parts as they are performed, Everyone else sees the part I play for them, Sister, Poet, Singer, Daughter, Heroine, Each part is unique and totally me, I am the writer, I make my own fate, I am the actress working to please, I am the actress playing every part of me.

I believe we are all actors and actresses in our daily lives. I especially feel I'm trying to either sell a used car or run for office when I'm at a job interview. This is relatively short and easy to read while conveying a lot of quality descriptiveness.

Hi Amelia It's true as you have written we all have different roles to play. Each important it is played well to satisfy the watchers and receivers. We are as you so cleverly and philosophically portrayed actors playing these parts. And as those on the stage, we in the theatre of life try to play our allotted parts well and seek appreciation for what we do. But as you so wisely stated we must not forget in the midst of all this role playing the self, who we really are. Loved this. luv June.
