Thanksgiving Morning

The morning woke with a long white streak across the horizon Behind the stark silhouettes of black wooded trees against the sky. It quickly turned pink bringing beautiful color in the dark. The sun rose igniting the sky with bright orange and yellow. Magnifying each moment far and wide, to see, to feel, to live. Soft puffs of pink clouds hovered above in the light blue sky. A brilliant sunrise spread across the land, this calm morning. A magnificent beginning, with wishes for a Happy Thanksgiving. Heidi Sands
