Thanksgiving Dinner
Turkey roasted golden brown,
With dressing oh so sav'ry.
Mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes,
Cranberry sauce and gravy.
Broccoli with rich cheese sauce,
Sweet corn, green bean casserole,
Deviled eggs and relish trays,
And luscious dinner rolls.
And for dessert you have a choice,
Of mouth-watering traditions,
Like pecan, apple or pumpkin pie,
With whipped cream as an addition.
When you've eaten all you can,
(And perhaps a little more),
Just loosen up your belts and nap:
And please try not to snore!
