Thanksgiving Day

Her eyes were red and swollen with tears... "Happy Thanksgiving, my Love!!" the mail read. The love message was sent three years ago, when she had an argument with him; she recalls how she cried when he told her he had gone to The Second Wife for a brief business dinner, then they'd go out for a movie. Her eyes were too teary and blurry to read any mails or tweets. It was only a matter of time, before she realized The Second Wife was a restaurant, not his ex-wife. She couldn't handle the guilt of missing her husband's single mail, because of a simple misunderstanding between a place and a person. For three years he gave her undying attention, and classic, romantic, but simple Thanksgiving treats.
