Thank You, Lord, For Being Very Loving
Lord, You are indeed loving in Your compassion
Keeping me securely victorious in my salvation
Thank You for stretching-out pardon’s action
To free my soul from sin’s penalty and hell’s damnation.
Lord, You are surely loving midst Your holiness-fire
Keeping me righteously clean in my Christian attire
Thank You for teaching what Your standards require
To help my testimony shine against worldliness’ mire.
Lord, You are amazingly loving in Your graciousness
Keeping me humbly fervent in my prayer-earnestness
Thank You for listening to me well by Your ear’s sensitiveness
To answer my pleas midst crises and threats of hopelessness.
Lord, You are marvelously loving in Your mercy
Keeping me steadfastly tenacious in my service-persistency
Thank You for upholding me thru Your divine efficiency
To enable my faith optimize its useful potency.
Lord, You are always loving in Your truth’s exposure
Keeping me prudently discerning in my choice despite pressure
Thank You for enriching me with Your wisdom’s treasure
To direct my decisions toward heavenly wealth so sure.
Lord, You are wondrously loving in Your blessing
Keeping me diligently strong in my labor-pressing
Thank You for pouring Your provisions always sufficing
To meet my needs with miracles undoubtedly surprising.
Lord, You are majestically loving in Your leadership
Keeping me sweetly joyous in our relationship
Thank You for enclosing me around Your fellowship
To kindle my spirit for genuine revival-worship.
