Thank You, But I'M Leaving

Thank you to everyone that has seen my poems, But I have to tell you now, I am leaving. This place isn't for me, it's not where I belong, So please just carry on. I'm sorry if my poetry did not satisfy you, I tried my best with everything I had. But it seems my words weren't up to standards, So my voice is going unheard. I'm sorry for annoying you with a petty rant, But I just want to prove a point in this world. To know that I am accepted in this place, To know that I am home. So thank you once more, For everything you've done. But I have to go now, Please carry on.

I have not had a chance to read your poems, but I will . . . please keep writing, it's a way to keep your sanity whether people read it or not . . . don't let the noise and all of this creativity bury you . . . write for you -- for you!! I agree with you 100% David - I don't know what state I would be in mentally if I hadn't started to write a year ago - it has helped me remain (in)sane lol:-) Hugs jan xx

This is sad to read unbroken fragment - why not just take a break and come back refreshed - I write simply for ME - if others like my poems and comment that is great but I would not stop writing - it is my way of expressing myself and my emotions. i have found the more I read on here the more I get from the site - I hope you change your mind:-) Hugs Jan xx

Hey Unfragment Broken, stopped by for a visit. I hope you don't go. You have such a wonderful gift and should never allow anything to stop you from expressing it. This is my first time even knowing that you were here. Lift up your heart, stop depending on whether or not the other poets like your work.
