Tendril Mind

For our own convenience We have invented methods counting time In seconds, minutes, centuries and so on No wonder to know There is no longitude and latitude Curved out in the sky Or on the body of the earth No dividers of hemispheres Crossing it is neither ominous Nor brings it a good luck for any one Man’s mind is so fragile and weak That can’t stand straight and alone It needs a twining around a belief Like a climbing plant by its tendril No matter how ridiculous the belief may be They rise to the level of frenzy And go any length to celebrate the point They need just an occasion to go mad Such is the love to be wild If there is no such thing like ominous or auspicious They will create of their own And rush to either curse one or worship another Just like they go maniac to celebrate New Near.
